My business partner and my husband of over 26 years. Wes' primary day to day is running our property management company, Peak Property Management at RE/MAX Elevate, but you will find in the back scene of every single real estate transaction. Wes is the one that walks listings in the final stage before photos by putting all the final touches in place. From changing out light bulbs, taking down curtains, installing signs, moving furniture or really any task. With his superior knowledge in home maintenance and extensive relationship with vendors, he will coordinate vendors, inspections, or obtain quotes for repairs/updates. Also let's be honest the key to my success is a partner that puts up with and picks up the slack of a realtor that works weekends, evenings and holidays.

My full-time assistant for Peak Property Management at RE/MAX Elevate and Terri Ellerington Real Estate, she helps with keeping all day-to-day tasks organized and in order. Setting showings, answering and making calls and preparing material allows me to be your main contact in the field at all times and your main point of contact through the entire transaction. When you hire me, you get me, but Makayla is the lady that keeps me able to be present in every transaction.

Caden is our part-time, day-to-day task runner. He is often out in the field doing just about everything under the moon. He also often helps with assisting in marketing material. 

He currently attends CU Leeds Business School with emphasis on Marketing and is the founding president of CU Car Club. In his free time, he enjoys camping, four-wheeling and attending church group, as well as dedicating his time in missionary work.
